Blood bank and laboratory, working as one team

Syed Blood Bank & Laboratory collects, screens, stores and issues blood for patients across the city — and runs a full diagnostic laboratory alongside it.

Because our blood bank and laboratory sit under one roof, every unit we issue has been grouped, screened and cross-matched by people who work side by side. That keeps turnaround short when a patient is waiting, and keeps quality checks in our own hands.

We work with patients’ families, hospitals and voluntary donors — and we treat every request as urgent, because it usually is.
