One donation takes about 10 minutes and can help up to three patients.
Can I donate?
Donor eligibility
Please do not donate if you have a fever, are on antibiotics, or have had a tattoo, surgery or jaundice in the last 6 months. Our staff will confirm on the day.
18 – 60Years of age, in good general health on the day of donation.
50 kg+Minimum body weight to donate one unit of whole blood safely.
12.5 g/dLMinimum haemoglobin — we check it with a quick finger-prick first.
3 monthsSince your last whole-blood donation (4 months for women).

What to expect
Register
Bring your CNIC. We record your details and a short health questionnaire.
Quick check-up
Blood pressure, pulse, weight and haemoglobin — done in a few minutes.
Donate
A sterile, single-use kit every time. The donation itself takes about 10 minutes.
Rest & refresh
Relax for 15 minutes with a drink and a snack before you head home.
